SCH4 SERIES - ABS Plastic Connection Head

The SCH4 series of probe connection heads has a wide range of entry sizes and positions. The head will accept standard connecting blocks and most standard head mounting transmitters. It also has two M2.5 threaded inserts which enable a low cost terminal block to be fitted for Energy Management applications.

Moulded in general purpose ABS, the external fixing points provide a simple and rapid means of mounting sensors directly onto ducts, dispensing with the need for separate mounting plates.

The unit is supplied fully assembled and consists of a body, cap, locking nut and sealing rings. Accessories include, a cap retaining chain or strap, clip in blanking plugs, OEM labels and mounting kits.

The unit can also be supplied in separate parts, the only tool required is an 8 mm Allen Key.

SCH11 - Screwtop Aluminium Alloy Connection Head

The SCH11 is a low cost general purpose connection head. Cable entry is M20 and Sensor thread is M24. A cable gland is also supplied as standard.  Mounting holes are provided for temperature transmitters or connection blocks. 

SCH15 - Connection head for DM650 / SEM710

Finished in polished stainless steel, the SCH15 has been designed to house the DM650TM and the SEM710 temperature transmitter with integral display. It comes with a side M16 x 1.5 Sensor entry and when used with the SEM710, an additional side M16 Cable gland entry and is sealed to IP67. Wall mount versions are also available. 

CB4 / CB6 - Ceramic Terminal Block

The CB4 and CB6 ceramic terminal block will fit all our connection heads with 33mm mountings. Typically they are used when the measuring electronics is located away from the temperature probe. This may be for high ambient temperature reasons.

These 1/4" BSP compression fittings allow for an adjustable immersion length when used with style 2 or 4 probes.

DM650/LP - Loop Powered Indicator With Data Logging, Alarm & Messaging

The DM650LP loop powered indicator can be used with the SCH4 connection head to provide a temperature display on top of the temperature probe.  In addition an alarm can be set to monitor process temperature. A data logging function is also available to collect process data which can be used for process history investigations.
