TTR200X - ATEX / IEC Ex Approved RTD / Potentiometer Temperature Transmitte
The TTR200X is an in head temperature transmitter for resistance sensors. They are both approved to ATEX and IECEx standards allowing for use in hazardous area applications. The TTR200X is designed for use with RTD or Potentiometer sensors. Other sensor characteristics or your own 22 point linearisation characteristic (for potentiometers or linear resistance) can be downloaded into the product enabling you to adapt it exactly to your application.
Safe area PC configuration to the latest ATEX standards, with the new USB TTX IS approved configuration lead allows the user to select TC type, Range, Filter, units, linearization, offset, output alignment and Burnout direction, without requiring calibration equipment.
TTC200X - ATEX / IECEx Approved Smart Thermocouple Transmitter
The TTC220X is approved to ATEX and IECEx standards allowing for use in hazardous area applications. The TTC200X “smart” in head temperature transmitter accepts most thermocouple temperature sensors and converts the sensor output over a configured range to a standard industrial (4 to 20) mA transmission signal. Other sensor characteristics or your own 22 point linearisation characteristic (for mV signals) can be downloaded into the product enabling you to adapt it exactly to your application.
SEM210X MKII - ATEX, IECEx Dual Channel Universal Temperature Transmitter
The SEM210X MKII is a ATEX and IECEx approved universal programmable temperature transmitter which accepts most commonly used Pt100, thermocouple, potentiometer and mV sensors and generates an industry standard (4 to 20) mA transmission signal.
SEM310X MKII - ATEX, IECEx Dual Channel Universal Temperature Transmitter With HART Protocol
The SEM310X is an ATEX, IECEx approved universal programmable HART temperature transmitter which accepts most commonly used Pt100, thermocouple, mV and slide-wire sensors and generates an industry standard (4 to 20) mA transmission signal. Compatible to HART 5, 6, or 7 the product can be easily programmed using our free USB Speedlink software and our USBX ATEX approved configuration lead. It can also be programmed via a HART communication device / system.

DM700X - ATEX Approved Loop Powered LED Indicator
Small and compact, the ATEX approved DM700X loop powered indicator has been designed to be completely enclosed in a clear polycarbonate cap which fits to our standard SCH4 enclosure.
The unit is microprocessor based and the displayed process range is achieved by means of three push button switches located on the underside of the module following a simple menu structure.
The product can be sensor mounted and is suitable for temperature probe styles 2, 4,5 and 9 (extra cost) or surface mounted and is powered from an existing current loop so no extra wiring is required. Any one of our IS approved temperature transmitters can be fitted in the base of the SCH4 enclosure, or it can be used to provide a digital readout of the process variable being measured from an existing current loop
DM640XP / DM640XTC - ATEX Approved Battery Powered LCD Thermometer
The DM600X series of battery powered indicators accepts either an RTD (DM640XP) or a Thermocouple (DM640XTC) input. Each device shows the temperature on a 4 digit LCD display.
The product is microprocessor based and the sensor type is selected from a simple to use menu system which is navigated by the use of three push buttons located on the rear of the display. This feature enables the user to easily configure the device in the field without the use of any other equipment.
The product is sealed into the cap of our SCH4 connection head and is approved for Gas and Dust environments. There are several mounting options with the SCH4 including sensor, remote sensor and surface mount configurations. Full details of the SCH4 can be seen here.
Styles 1, 2, 4, 5 and 9 temperature probes are suitable for use with this product at extra cost.
PTX19X Series - Pressure Transmitter
The PTX19X is a high quality 2 wire pressure transmitter providing a 2 wire (4 to 20) mA output over a wide pressure range. The piezoresistive element provides excellent accuracy and stability in an all welded stainless steel housing. The body of the product is oil filled and coupled with high accuracy electronics, this enables the product to maintain a very high level of accuracy and temperature stability when used with high temperature processes. There are a number of process connections to choose from, and measurement ranges of any value between 100 mbar to 1000 bar can be ordered making the PTX19 a very versatile product suitable for many applications.
PTX20X Series - Submersible Pressure Transmitter For Level Measurement
The PTX20X is a high quality level transmitter providing a 2 wire (4 to 20) mA output over a wide pressure range. The piezoresistive element provides excellent accuracy and stability in an all welded stainless steel housing. A titanium housing is available on request for more aggressive process media. The body of the product is oil filled and coupled with high accuracy electronics, this enables the product to maintain a very high level of accuracy and temperature stability when used with high temperature processes. There are open and closed versions to choose from, and also a ballast weight can be specified too. Measurement ranges of any value between 1mH2O to 250mH2O can be ordered making the PTX20 a very versatile product suitable for many applications
MTL7787+ - Zener Barrier
The 7787+ barrier contains two stages of pulse-tested Zener or forward-connected diodes and an ‘infallible’ terminating resistor. In the event of an electrical fault in the safe area, the diodes limit the voltage that can reach the hazardous area and the resistor limits the current. A fuse protects the diodes,and the two stages of voltage limitation ensure continued safety if either stage should fail. No active output-current limiting circuits are employed. The MTL7787+ is certified ‘ia’ for all zones and ‘IIC’ for all explosive atmospheres.
